My career has taken me to Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands, connecting with individuals from around the globe and building multicultural teams over the years. My approach is to always maintain close relationships with everyone I recruit, supporting their careers even after our paths diverge.

Married and a dad of two little ones, I cherish family time and making plans with close friends.
I'm into sports, trying a bit of everything, and currently, my goal is to tackle five half-marathons in the next three years.

I have a soft spot for the business world. Exploring different companies and industries fascinates me, and I enjoy digging into how things work in each sector. I think this knowledge helps me tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, make better deals and help startups grow.

I'm a father and sports’ enthusiast - you can find me on the tennis court or in the world of calisthenics stepping into a pull up bar.
